Mango Chia Yogurt

Ingredients
  • 1 mango (around 250 g of pureed mango)
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar (the amount may very depending on the sweetness of your mango and your taste)
  • lemon zest (optional)
  • some nuts as a topping (optional)
Instructions
  1. Puree the mango using a food processor or hand blender ( I used a hand blender). Add yogurt, chia seeds, coconut sugar, and lemon zest. Put it into small jars or bowls and keep it in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, preferably overnight before consuming.
